Garlic and Herb Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp minced onion (or 1 tsp onion powder)
- 2 tsp roasted garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast (or more)
Directions
- Mix together sea salt, minced onion, garlic powder, black pepper, coriander, parsley, paprika, olive oil, and vinegar in a bowl or pyrex mixing bowl.
- Pour the marinade into a ziplock bag and add the chicken breast and massage marinade into chicken. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes .
- Grease the grill grates, discard the marinade and grill the chicken over medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side for a total of about 10 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160F.
