Sister Hill’s Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 cup melted butter
• 3 cups brown sugar (packed)
• 4 eggs
• 4 tsp milk
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 pinches of salt
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 of a large container of Nutella (to spread on top)

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Melt the butter in a pan (do not let it boil - it should be just barely melted)
3. Add the brown sugar to the butter and mix until combined
4. Add the eggs and the milk and mix until combined
5. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined
6. Grease an 11 x 15 pan. Add the brownie batter and spread evenly
7. Bake just until done
8. Cool and spread Nutella on top
